Your leads go cold in the gap between your tools.

A form fills in. Someone sees it an hour later, copies the details into the CRM, guesses who should own it, and pings the rep in Slack. By then the buyer has already talked to someone else. I close that gap so the whole handoff finishes in seconds, every time, and tells you the moment something breaks.

Fixed price agreed before work starts. You keep the code, the workflows, and the login.

Where the time actually goes

Three patterns show up in almost every small business I talk to.

Someone is the integration

One person moves data between four tools by hand every morning. The business runs on their memory, and it stops when they take a week off.

Automations fail in silence

A Zap broke in March. You found out in June, when a client asked why they were never contacted. Nothing told anyone.

The tool bill keeps climbing

Per-task pricing rises with every lead you win, so growing costs more than it should for work a server can do for the price of coffee.

Grace Ene, automation consultant at Prudie.dev

I am Grace Ene. I spent about eight years in revenue operations and customer success at B2B software companies, which means I have lived on the receiving end of every broken handoff on this page. I have also been the person who kept a business running with a spreadsheet and a lot of manual patience.

Then I built and shipped Invest with Prudie, a financial education platform with payments, authentication, automated email, and production infrastructure. It runs. That combination is the whole pitch: I understand how a small revenue team actually works, and I can build the system myself, which is what most people in this space outsource.

I work with US small businesses, remotely, from Los Angeles. You get me for the whole project, from the first call to the handover.

Case studies

Each one ships with the architecture, the code, and a short walkthrough.

Lead routing, from form to CRM to Slack

A submission gets enriched, scored against routing rules, written to the CRM, and announced to the owning rep. Failed steps enter a retry queue, and anything that still fails raises an alert with the payload attached.

Questions people ask before booking

Short answers. Longer ones on the call.

How much does it cost to automate lead routing for a small business?
A single lead routing workflow costs $3,500 as a fixed price and takes about a week. A connected system covering intake, routing, follow-up, and reporting costs $8,500 and takes about three weeks. Ongoing monitoring and changes run $1,200 a month.
How long does an automation build take?
One workflow takes about a week from the scoping call to handover. A multi-workflow system takes about three weeks. The main variable is how quickly I get credentials and answers from your side, so builds move fastest when one person owns the project internally.
What is n8n, and why self-hosted?
n8n is an open source workflow automation tool, similar in purpose to Zapier or Make. Self-hosting means the workflows run on a server you own, so pricing stays flat as your volume grows, your customer data stays in your infrastructure, and you keep everything if we stop working together. Hosting typically costs $10 to $40 a month.
What happens when an automation breaks?
Every workflow I build has a failure path. A step that fails is retried on a delay, and if it still fails, an alert goes to a channel you choose with the record attached so someone can finish it by hand. Silent failure is the single most common flaw in automations built by people who have never operated one.
Do I own the workflows you build?
Yes. The workflows, the code, the server, and the credentials are all yours. Everything is exported to a repository you control, and the handover includes a recorded walkthrough plus a written runbook so your team can maintain it.
Which CRMs and tools do you work with?
Anything with an API or a webhook, which covers HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack, Stripe, and most industry-specific tools. Bring your list to the call and I will tell you on the spot which parts are straightforward and which will take real work.
Do you work with businesses outside Los Angeles?
Yes. The work is fully remote across the United States. Calls happen on video, and most clients I have talked to prefer it that way.

Tell me what breaks, and how often.

Twenty minutes on video. Bring the process that eats the most manual time each week. You leave with a rough scope and a real number, whether or not you hire me.
